Volvo Trucks' Henan Wosida Service Station Launches Operation, Bolstering Central China Service Network
Volvo Trucks has welcomed a new service outlet in Henan — the Henan Wosida Service Station — which officially commenced operations recently. Located in Xinzheng, Zhengzhou, Henan Province, the new station serves the entire province and will further strengthen Volvo Trucks' service network in the Central Plains region, delivering more professional, efficient and timely service support to customers and partners across diverse operating scenarios.
Chi Jinjin, Vice President of Group Communications at Volvo Group China, and Vice President of Retail Development, Communications and Strategy for Volvo Trucks China, said: "Henan occupies a key position in the national transportation network, and Zhengzhou connects the east with the west and links the north with the south, making it a core node in China's logistics and transportation system. As transportation scenarios become increasingly diverse, customers' expectations for broader service coverage, stronger professional capabilities and faster response times continue to rise. The official launch of Henan Wosida will further enhance Volvo Trucks' service capabilities in Henan and the surrounding region. We look forward to delivering reliable, lifecycle-wide support that stays close to the frontline of our customers' operations, helping them improve operating efficiency and business competitiveness."

Rooted in a logistics hub, meeting diverse operational needs with professional capability
Located in the heart of the Central Plains, Henan enjoys a pronounced transport-geographic advantage in Zhengzhou, where major national thoroughfares such as the Beijing–Hong Kong–Macau Expressway and the Lianyungang–Khorgos Expressway converge. The Xinzheng logistics cluster south of Zhengzhou is highly concentrated, bringing together numerous logistics enterprises, industrial parks and supporting service resources with convenient access to the national expressway network. By establishing its station here, Henan Wosida will connect regional customers and major transport routes more efficiently, providing strong support for customer operations.
As a major national logistics and industrial province, Henan offers a rich and diverse range of transport and vehicle application scenarios. From line-haul logistics, cold-chain transportation and cross-border logistics, to chassis applications and conversion needs in fields such as firefighting and engineering construction, all impose higher demands on service support capabilities.
Aligned with customers' real-world operational needs, Henan Wosida is equipped with comprehensive maintenance tools and professional equipment, featuring functional areas including a maintenance zone, a major-repair zone, a customer reception area, a customer lounge and a parts warehouse. It provides all-round services covering vehicle maintenance and repair, warranty claims handling, service agreements, major repairs, accident-vehicle repair, conversion support and roadside assistance, backed by genuine Volvo Trucks parts and related support.
Beyond well-equipped facilities, a professional service team and a mature dealer system form another key pillar of the new station's service capabilities. The station was invested in and built by a dealer with more than two decades of experience within the Volvo system, which has also deployed experienced professionals from several of its outlets to support operations. Leveraging the resources of a group-level dealer network, the new station can also coordinate resources across regions based on customer needs, further improving service support capabilities and response efficiency.

Continuously expanding the service network to bring professional support closer to customers
For commercial vehicle operations, a comprehensive service network is fundamental to ensuring high vehicle uptime and stable customer operations. Volvo Trucks currently operates around fifty service outlets nationwide, with several more in the planning and construction phase that are expected to begin operations in the near term. As its service network continues to expand, Volvo Trucks is steadily improving regional coverage and service levels to provide solid operational support to customers across the country.
From the successive launch of new service outlets to the continuous improvement of the nationwide service network, what lies behind these efforts is Volvo Trucks' deep insight into, and firm commitment to, customers' long-term operational needs. Going forward, Volvo Trucks will continue to work hand in hand with its dealer partners to strengthen service capability building, accompany customers with professional and reliable support, and jointly drive the high-quality development of China's logistics and transportation industry.
